Let Them Drink Beer Series
As the tail end of October approaches, it is inevitable that the liquid celebrations of Oktoberfest must all come to an end. It has been a fun ride this year with our Let Them Drink Beer series. We have taught you the merits of pairing your beer with local bites, introduced you to the world of drinking games and kicked back to some awesome drinking movies!
Alas, the dreaded end that all beer lovers fear is now upon us. And as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Although Oktoberfest might be gone soon, we decided to impart some essential beer knowledge to tide you over. Since beer drinking is a yearlong activity, have you considered dabbling into the realm of beer brewing?

While there may be some hesitancy in hopping the beer fence, we assure you that beer brewing is a simple activity which not only allows you to customise your beer flavours but also fully appreciate every sip of your painstaking efforts. Plus, it is always personally rewarding to know that you have created something!
Furthermore, it isn’t as time consuming as you might think. Sure, it might take you more than a week for your beer to be ready. But in actual fact, all you need to do is set aside two days for preparation, brewing and cleaning. The rest of the time, you can sit back and let Mother Nature do her job. Come on, if our lovable Breaking Bad FBI agent Hank Schrader can do it so can you!

So, how do you get your foot into your very own home brewery? Instead of boring you with a wordy explanation, why not let the BeerBeary babes demonstrate the simplicity of beer brewing. Besides, there is no better combination than beer with babes!

Or, maybe you are like us? We are just too impatient to wait a whole week before finally tasting the fruits of our labour. Well, we are not alone.
In fact, American brewers Bill Mitchell, Kill Mitchell and Avi Gieger may have invented the most important invention since the wheel with their PicoBrew Zymatic. Imagine an “espresso maker for beer” that not only dispenses a variety of beer styles, but delivers freshly brewed crisp beer in just three-and-a-half hours. That is even shorter than any of Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings movies!
