The SAFRA Adventure Club was set up in 1989 within the association to encourage a more rugged and adventurous NSmen
The main aim of the SAFRA Adventure Club (SAC) is to ensure that a myriad of outdoor activities be made available for any NSmen or their families to participate in. Whether you are an expert outdoorsman or a beginning trekker, if you are looking for adventure and an adrenalin rush, the SAC is the place for you.
Taping on the state-of-the-art facilities and resources available at SAFRA Adventure Sports Centre, as well as boasting of a volunteer committee of experienced outdoor enthusiasts, the SAC is well prepared and well connected to bring variety, quality and diversity to any adventure seekers. SAC is poised to be one of the most well-equipped clubs in the region. As a member, you will enjoy special rates for many different types of adventure related or outdoor activities.

Inaugurated on 10 December 2006, SAFRA AVventura is an adventure race that promise to provide participants with a Fun, Challenging and Exciting experience through a multitude of outdoor activities and sports. This annual race will be an initiaing step for those who are interested, a competition for those spirited, and a fun get-together for enthusiasts.
SAFRA AVVENTURA 09: ROUGH RAMBLE
SAFRA AVventura: Rough Ramble was a success! 372 participants conquered one of the toughest adventure race this year by running, biking, scaling a 25m sport wall using a rope ladder, ascending and descending steep slopes while carrying their bikes, kayaking and abseiling down a tower. It was truly a tiring but greatly satisfying race for the participants!
