Deep Stretch fitness class with myofascial therapy
Deep Stretch offers deep myofascial and muscular relief, using foam rollers and simple stretches to release tension and improve flexibility. Whether you work out five times a week, having weekly runs or enjoying a drink by the pool, a daily stretch is a healthy habit that pays off.
A quick & easy 60-minute Deep Stretch once a week, scheduled directly after our Zumba class. Deep Stretch is a mat class and participants with all levels of fitness are welcome.
