Shito-Ryu Karate (10 Lessons)
Karate is an art meant for all, starting from the age of four. One can expect to benefit from improved health as well as self-defence skills. Stretching reduces muscle aches, improves agility and limits the chance of spraining your muscles in your daily activities.
Kata (detailed choreographed patterns of movements) facilitates mind and body coordination as well as establishes a better sense of balance. Pad work develops bigger muscle tissues and a higher bone mass, apart from a stronger heart from its cardiovascular workout. Sparring puts everything together and prepares you for combat.
